I tell you, it’s crazy hard to get a good photograph during this event. First off, I was late on Friday because I had a shoot at Kruel’s office, that ended a little later than expected. Then there was dinner with the family, that started a little later than expected.

So by the time I reached MOS and checked in to the show, I get this huge group of people right in front of me. How to get good pics?

That time being almost 10pm, the first half was over, and I was just in time to hear one of the GNDs getting quizzed. I couldn’t believe my ears.

Rudy (Mix FM) : So, <insert GND’s name here>, if we pay a visit to your house, what would we see on your….clothesline?

GND : Umm….

Rudy : As in your Laundry. What would we see as your laundry.

GND : Oh, you will see things like…underwear. Bras (imagine GND using sexy sultry voice here)…bras with lace..panties…with lace..lots of sexy underwear..

Crowd : <Silence>

Rest assured, that this GND didn’t take home anything, let alone the GND title. Come on lah, why the sleazy response man? Why so Paris Hilton / Britney Spears? I thought that girls who gave these kinda answers were filtered out during the preliminaries?

But sorry lor I don’t have pics (and I won’t reveal which GND lah) later she hate me for life. Or she won’t support me if I ever were to join Cleo’s Most Eligible Bachelors contest. IF.

Because I came in right in the middle of the show, I didn’t have much of a clue to what was going on.

Lucky for me, the president of MACC stepped in on stage to address the public.

If you’re not aware, MACC stands for NOT Malaysia’s Anti-Corruption Commission. Instead, it stands for Malaysian Association of Chinese Comedians. Where the president, vice-president, secretary and only member is no other than our all-time favorite…

The last time I met this joker was in the Comedy Club KL last year with EGo, Michelle Lee, Kruel at Phuture Club at Zouk.

He may be wearing just a T-shirt, blazer and jeans this time, but his humour knows no limits. Douglas keeps getting better! Oh, and the next time you meet him, make sure he sings you his Amber Chia version of James Blunt’s ‘You’re Beautiful’. You will laugh your ass off, this is my personal guarantee.

It’s interesting how they do the elimination of the contestants. From the 12 GNDs, groups of 3-4 were called out, then the judges decision were passed on to them. And these were the final 4 who were called out. One of these 4 girls will be crowned winner.

Now, take a look at these four girls.

I tell you lah, if I’m a 5 year old kid also I can tell who. So damn obvious LOL. Before you keel me, I gotta say that I don’t mean the 3 girls are ugly or what. Just that my judgement of the winner, personality, and physical-wise (of course), really, really stands out.

I got to know Yvonne somewhere in June last year, and the moment I saw her during the Urbanattic Accoustic Showdown last year, I knew she was meant for something big.

FHM GND ain’t something huge, but as far as the local scene is concerned, this is quite something, and probably the beginning of bigger things for Yvonne. I heard that she plans to get her studies done first though. Good on you girl! And congrats! *hugs*

Also not forgetting the other contestants of the GND, who really went all out for this contest through catfights, harassing people to vote for them hard work and perseverance. Great work girls!

Also my heart goes out to Michelle Lee whom I know personally and worked pretty hard as well. You would’ve done great if not for Yvonne haha. Now you can go fight it out with her lol.

Just when I was about to leave, I was very much distracted by a dance happening right in front of me.

Oh yeah.

I know this post is getting quite female-oriented, with all that cleavage and up-skirt goodness, but for some reason that seemed to be the subject for the night.

Finally, it was time for Salsaaaaa!! Paradiso Kl was a chaotic scene wei….packed!

The night ended with a drive from KL to Damansara to pick up Psychkin from The Curve. I must’ve driven 150km that day itself wei.

So it’s no surprise that I was a couch potato…Complete Chilling for the whole weekend man. I never watched as much TV for the past 3 months as I did today. Feels awesome kekeke.

And tomorrow, more driving for me…to Seremban! Got a water project there…Fuh, I feel like hiring a driver liao lol.

Last Friday, I discovered a place that has….

1. Rock Climbing

2. Watersports

3. A Shopping Complex

4. A GSC Cinema

5. A 5 star hotel

with 5 star service (not the type that you’re thinking)

6. And the best part is, this place gives away a Free Trip to Bali for 5D / 4N at a 4-Star hotel.

That’s right people, this place is no other than Alamanda Putrajaya!

I had a smashing time wei!

Surprised? I was no less taken aback myself when I was invited by Advertlets, courtesy of Alamanda, that there would be a special blogger outing, From 8am morning to 10pm some more. Alamanda so many things to do meh?

Turns out, there really was THAT much to do.

But given that Psychkin and I live just 15 minutes from Putrajaya, we had no choice but to sleep an EXTRA HOUR while the other bloggers gathered at 1 Utama at 8am. Only at 9am did I leave my house..and we was still earlier than the rest. Buahaha,

Breakfast at Oldtown with Coffee was a very welcome sight. Especially for those who had to wake up extra early to catch the 1 Utama bus i.e. almost everyone.

Rames playing with his new 30mm F1.4mm lens and some tea-dripping action. You should’ve seen his face when he caught the tea falling off the spoon. Almost like he struck lottery lol.

And this is probably the bestest best deal of all. A teaser of what we would receive at the end of the day.

And to qualify for this, we had to work hard to Play, Rock Climb, Camho, Wakeboard and Watch Movie. Not something I would complain about, really.

I came to Alamanda before about 3 years back, and to be honest, I had low regards for the place. It felt congested, underutilized, unorganized.

Much to my surprise, a whole lot has changed. Brands like Valentino, Nose, Clarks, and surf brands like Quiksilver and Billabong pretty much fill up the lots of the complex.

It was one of those moments when I suddenly feel like dropping to my knees on the ground and dedicate to the sky: ‘Thank you for making me a Blogger!’ Even my chargeable Orange Jus became FOC on my request. Tumpang glamer.

Hotel Pullman was a (surprisingly) busy hotel, with also surprisingly affordable rates for a 5-star hotel.

Surprised yet? There’s really this kind of bustling activity at Putrajaya!

This is one of the hotel rooms which they opened for our tour. I know it looks a bit like a porn-film set-up, but it’s not lah. I just wanted to know how many people could cram into this room. Quite big lol.

The gym comes complete with posers as well.

But the best was yet to come.

…Wakeboarding! Where everyone has to pass the Ultimate test: The Pangsai Test.

Sad lor, many ppl including myself didn’t get to try it due to time shortage and looming clouds. But Psychkin and me and one girl in between us got to try out the Tube-thingy. And just when everyone was hungry, Manhattan Fish Market had some stuff for our munching-ness.

The perfect ending to a physically-draining day would be no other than…

And not of any show, but of Avatar.

I have a great many things to say about this show, but I’ll put it in two words:

EPIC AWESOMENESS.

Storyline is completely smashing, and something in its own beautiful dimensional word, made me watch it over, and over again. The 2D version twice, and last night, the 3D version.

The CG and FX of this show are totally realistic in its own fictional way. The character modelling, physical movements, expressions, gravitational effects are so effin good that if the Na-vi weren’t blue, they would pass as real humans.

Because of this show, Sam Worthington would probably be the next big thing around. In Terminator Salvation, he as Marcus Wright already was the hero, outshining our Christian Bale (again, he was outshone by the Joker in The Dark Knight).

And Michelle Rodriguez, was so, so hot, as usual. Loves.

I’m currently checked in to the Ryden hotel in Shanghai..been here since yesterday with EGo and David.

Makan + clubbing at Xin Tian Di last night was the bomb yo. Can you imagine 15-20 Chinese from 6 different countries, and all of a sudden you discover that almost all of them speak Cantonese?? Shiok sial!

Came back at 5, failed to wash up, failed to shower, failed to change clothes. The only thing I could manage was to take off my shoes, then crashed into bed. And I was in the exact same position when I woke up about an hour ago

These girls were pretty tight last night and pretty much slipped up when they wanted to buy ice cream. They went : ‘Wo yao Ching Pi Ling!’ LOL. Girls, it’s Ling Pi Ching, come on xD

Sei lor, so long didn’t blog, so many pending post. *reminds myself to update when I’m back at Wuxi*.
