MTV World Stage 09 … We be burnin’!
*URGENT NOTICE*
I normally leave a space of 2-3 days between posts, but this time I’m breaking the rules for an important announcement.
MTV World Stage is in town!!!
*runs around town screaming into a megaphone wearing nothing but a MTV banner around my waist*

I’m getting into ….. the Mosh Pit!!
Wei the Paintball superman has also very awesome-kindly given me two Red Zone passes that I could hook up with Leowazza.
Side Topic : As Team Cap for Malaysia’s Division 1 Paintball League Champion team Delta Rovers, Wei’s naturally quite gifted with ladies, so girls, let me know if you wanna know him better 
Back to the topic….Mosh Pit!
Wah damn happy lor. Now I don’t need to bring a bloody telescope or ladder due to ahem my height limitations.
So instead of just regular jumping and singing, we get to fight each other like The Spartans!
Apparently the Mosh Pit could be a rather dangerous place, where Moshing (according to Wikipedia) refers to the “activity in which audience members at live music performances aggressively push or slam into each other”.
“Moshing is frequently accompanied by stage diving, crowd surfing, mic swinging, smashing instruments, and headbanging. It is commonly associated with concerts by hardcore punk, heavy metal, metalcore,grindcore, rock artists in general”
Nobody told me that!
I thought it’s called MOSH PIT because it’s in a PIT where the rock bands greet the audience by saying ‘MOSH-i MOSH-i’!
Instantly, images of my camera broken into 100 pieces by the crazy crowd comes to my mind. Should I bring it? Besides, I was told that there were rules saying that any form of recording was banned.
But. I was also told that those rules were meant to be broken. It all depends on how well you disguise the camera. Ahhhhh. I see.
So, die die also must bring camera in…. cause these guys will be there…!
At the pit, I’m close enough to smell The All-American Reject’s B-O. I’m gona be that close. We gona catch them when they crowd-surf and stage-dive. Whoever DOESN’T bring in a camera must be out of their mind.
Just be careful. Really careful. Or buy camera insurance tonight itself
Some details:
Date : 15 Aug 2009 (one day only!)
Venue : Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach
Time : Entrance starts from 3:30 pm
Price : RM100 for Red Zone passes (it’s gona be hard to find at this time)
I dunno how much Moshpit passes cost though. Can buy one?

LikeDislikeI saw there couple weeks ago, there was a MTV world stage roadshow in Gurney Plaza, Penang. Madness lar the band and also some funny clown acting stuffs. Why I don’t have the chance to attend all this event.. aiya!!!
